Wellness Services

Wellness providers at Grace Tree Yoga & Growth Studio are a self-governed, abundance-based group with a holistic vision of caring for the entire being – body, mind and spirit.

Personalized Massage

Did you know that you can enjoy one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages at Grace Tree? What exactly are the benefits of receiving massage or bodywork treatments? You can expect that a massage will alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion; ease medication dependence; enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defense system; exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles; help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts; improve the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin; and increase joint flexibility.

Debbie Deters, LMT is an experienced licensed massage therapist who has added training in lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, and TMJ massage. Debbie is at Grace Tree every Wednesday booking appointments from 12:00 to 7:00 PM. She also schedules by appointment on Saturday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.
