We are very excited to introduce Laura LeJeune, ERYT-200 as part of our Gracetree Yoga Family
"I began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2004, when a trifecta of back injuries took me out of running shoes and onto the yoga mat. The gifts I found there inspired me to find a deeper appreciation for the benefits of yoga. Having studied the Vishwa (universal) discipline of yoga through Cincinnati Yoga School. I am currently a certified 200hr E-RYT Yoga Alliance instructor.
Ever the biologist from my formal education and earlier life, I enjoy articulating the science behind each asana. I also enjoy explaining the anatomical and physiological benefits of each asana in accordance with the student’s bodily structure and needs. My teaching aspiration is to bridge the gap between body and mind. This allows one to find inner peace and acceptance on and off the yoga mat. Each of my classes, whether it be advanced or beginner, offers the student an opportunity to “Let go of all that no longer serves”. This concept allows both the body and mind to release tension and busy-ness and to create a place for health and peace to abide within. Shanti. Peace."
