Acceptance in Extended Triangle Pose

Extended Triangle pose (Sanskrit: Utthita Trikonasana) is the quintessential standing pose in many variations of yoga. A twist is incorporated in the pose. It's one of those poses in which you find yourself in the most unlikely contortion. The key is the breath. Remember to breathe and become aware of the areas in which you experience discomfort. Breathe into those area. It also requires the opening of the heart and the development of balance. Despite its awkward stance, it becomes a luscious practice of acceptance.
