Take Some Time to Look Back at 2013

Take some time to look back. 2013 was a fantastic year, no matter what happened. Each of us grew, shifted, and changed in some way. How did you change? Please, do not stay in the review mode for long—let your intuition lead the way—each of us knows what impacted us, how it felt and what our heart tells us to do. The task at hand is to act on these changes. What to do with the information gained from our practice of Yoga, practice of Life, and practice of Love. Releasing the EGO (that is a toughie!) and be true to our hearts in this busy month. Take care of yourself, your loved ones, and find your truth in this winter season and all it brings. Whether we are Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish, non-Christian, whatever, we are all human, we are all One in the same Spirit. Let us live in the present, be grateful for its gifts, continue to serve others, and have a simply marvelous Holiday Season.

I am Christian. I wish you the Merriest Christmas and a Joyful Season as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. I gratefully accept any well wishes from any other faiths and spiritual beliefs.
